Leadership Speaker Madeline Miller

Creating More Inclusive Leaders

As a former executive with experience navigating the power corridors of Hollywood, Madeline Miller has seen the structural inequality between the genders first-hand. As a career coach, she’s also heard countless stories about the ways that work is failing to meet the expectations of Gen Z and Millennial employees and how today’s executives are unprepared for leading diverse teams in an inclusive manner. The importance of connection in the workplace has never been more evident, yet, still, organizations lag behind. Ready to address these issues at your next event?

Leadership Issues That Impact Organizations

Disengaged/unmotivated employees. The bosses who don’t get them. The structural inequality. All of it leading to poor financial performance and office apathy. Work doesn’t have to be this way. Madeline Miller can address common workplace challenges at your event such as:

The growing gap between generations.

Unmotivated, anxious employees who dread coming to work.

Structural inequality and the lack of inclusivity.

Employee exodus and the problems of retention within a “bro-culture.”

Managers who come into a role unprepared to lead

Poor team accountability and the false choice of “liked” vs. “feared.”

As someone who finds it very difficult to make choices, this session really helped me open my eyes. Communication really influences all aspects of our lives. Because no one else will ever know what we want and what we think. If we just stay silent, no change will occur in us or the people around us… Thank you Madeline!
